Worst buffet I had in my life. Never ever make mistake in trying out their restaurant on 15th floor. No taste or varieties and unfriendly staff.

Stayed for one night and two days. Good and spacious room with partial sea view. The staff were very hospitable, and hotel facilities, cleanliness, etc very good. Close to the corniche. Loved the environment-friendly gestures the hotel adopts, follows and encourages the guests to follow as well.

The negatives far outweigh the positives.

There are too many things that went wrong with our stay to mention.

Smoking is allowed in the Business lounge etc..Not very nice for those who don't smoke.

Loud music until 3am on floor 3 and 15, so if you really need to stay here stay on floors 8 to 10.

Management loudly berate staff in front of paying guests.Very bed practice.

Non management staff try their best to help you.especially the concierge (special mention for Osama who was very helpful).

In short choose another hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Center its a 4 Star Hotel, as of my meeting with so many guests i can conclude to these points,
1.) Cleaning Rooms - Average and Poor
2.) Staffs are friendly
3.) The rooms are spacious
4.) Breakfast average
5.) Good Wifi Connection
6.) Car valeting staffs are very good
7.) Price are OK compared to these type of hotels
8.) Beds are very Clean
9.) Room services takes a little bit time if compared to other hotels.
10.) Sleep -mmm its noisy
Now its your choice to take it or not. Does the Hotel really met the 4 Star Standards and customer services I would like to say "NO". A lot of improvements needed.

nice and kind staff. be aware that it has music clubs so it makes noise around 5 th floor.Bad thing Smoking smell keeps coming from toilet even I was in a non smoking room.

Loved it.!! Clean, quiet and a luxurious place at a cheap price. That was amazing. The staff's behaviour was extremely nice. If i am gonna stay in Abu Dhabi again, i am going straight to Hawthorn for sure.

Room was clean and comfortable. You can hear everything on the corridor, rather disappointing breakfast. Nice, polite and efficient staff. Decent overall, good location in Abu Dhabi.

I love it here. The service is outstanding. The view from the hotel restaurant is amazing. I love my suite complete with kitchenette and balcony. I tell you it was like visiting heaven

After a long day visiting the Mosque in Abu Dhabi we were greeted with such great hospitality by the manager Vasil. And the food was delicious.
