  Very old fashion and has limited stuff, i went there searching for strings for my brother’s guitar and i was surprised by the place which is very old and neglected and the man working in had no idea about music instruments and the materials they have are old and of bad quality not even encouraging to buy..

  I had a concer in Abu Dhabi and I forgot my guitar strap, so I went there to get strap, they were like “we don’t have straps now” I was like what the hell!!! You are a music shop and this is A B C music store!!

  I've had many experiences where the women behind the counter would consistently become ignorant, one day I wanted to change a guitar, i was told it is possible over the phone but then when I came to the store they said no and were being very ignorant and getting angry, until their boss came and told me that he will agree to take the guitar but decrease alot of the price it costs. Would not come back unless if the staff treated customers in a more considerable way

  They have quite a few items in stock but the staff is not up to standard, the guy had a nasty cold and was sneezing constantly, when asked to plug in a guitar to test he told me he can't as it's not allowed since it's a new guitar. How can i possibly buy a guitar without playing or hearing it ?!?
