Bought my daschunds pup from them 2weeks ago. The puppy is doing very well and we are happy with the purchase. It is really helping my son who has autism with day to day life. I had many questions at time of purchase and they were very helpful. The manager was very knowledgeable and guided us very well.

Good variety of pet food and treats. The grooming place is one of the cleanest I have seen in dubai. I take my 5 west highlands regularly and are pleased everytime.

Happy with the British shorthair I bought from them last week.
They also followed up and checked if everything was okay and if the cat was settling in well.

Not customer friendly. Dogs are in terrible conditions , getting crazy in their own poop, eating their own poop, without any movements.
This place should be closed! What they are doing is completely messed-up.

I use to go there to buy my cat supply but after what I saw today there is no way I go back there again . The grouming person was not gentil at all with the dog . The dog was screaming from the pain which really Brock my heart and when I talk to the staff there she told me that he is in pain beceaus the guy are removing the flee ? I don't think that removing fle will close that pain the dog scream from the way how the guy was catching the dog hand , jsut for people who bring them pet for grooming make sure to not leave them alone as you don't know what's going on wile you are not there . 😭

We have enough dumped animals as it is & such businesses continue to make money out of breeders and selling more & more animals. Adopt don't buy. Save a life at least.

Have 5dogs, purchased 2 from them in the old branch they had in Jumeira beach road back in 2008. Still visit them for day to day food and treats.
They have a good range, manager is very knowledgeable unlike other stores and friendly.
Travelled many times with the pups and had no issues with them till date.response / report this review -

We bought a pug puppy from this store about 3years ago and we named him "zack". He has a great character and we love him to bits. The kids visit the store every weekend and love seeing the new pets in store. The staff are very nice and they know us very well as zack gets washed every week by them in the salon. It is always clean and he comes out looking fresh. The prices are quite reasonable compared to other pet salon places.

Can say it was one of the cleanest pet facilitated stores I have been in the UAE. Very well managed, my kids have been wanting a cat and was recommended by a friend and it was well over what I had expected, the staff and (lady manager was extremely knowledgeable with the breed) they helped us a lot and answered all our doubts & questions.

We bought a French bulldog puppy from this shop. Had him checked thoroughly by a vet and while he is likely 3-4 weeks younger than what’s in the passport, all vaccinations “added” up to the vet. He has a clean bill of health and is doing fine. We are quite satisfied with the overall service.

We bought a puppy from them for AED 9,000. They told us that she was 5 months old and gave us here "pet passport" noting her vaccinations. We took her to the Vets and thankfully she was healthy, but they confirmed that she was nowhere near 5 months old and was more likely 3 months old. Some vaccinations in her pet passport could not have been given to a puppy of 3 months old so we needed to have them done again as they might not have even been administered. Its such a shame that Dubai doesn't have Kennel Club standards

Terrible customer service! If all the customers have been complaining about them more than 6months, I have absolutely no idea why they are still there.
I have a Chihuahua at home and I went to the shop to look for another one. I was in sooo much shock!. they had 2 chihuahuas, both males.. after watching the two dogs fighting for more than half an hour I told the 2 philipino women to check the problem out they just said "no they are not fighting" and didn't even bother coming to take a small look!
Both dogs were aggressively fighting and biting each other non stop the whole time. I could even hear their cries of pain from behind the glass
Told the women again they were extremely rudee and kept answering back loudly.
Apparently to them, if the dogs are the same gender.. they are not fighting, and if they can't get each other pregnant then who cares.

Never again! Very rude staff and manager. We had an appointment for 2PM for dog grooming. They asked me to come back in one hour which I did, my dog was not ready at that time. I would not mind for a little delay but they finished my dog at 6:30 PM and I was keep going to the shop every hour as they asked me. The dog was extremely stressed including myself. The quality of grooming is very poor and not worth it even 1 penny. I tried to complain to the manager but without success as they simply don't care about the pets and customer. Overall a very poor experience and never again!

It was one of the best petshops I have visited in Dubai, No smell and clean with good variety for my Labrador. I bought many treats and toys and the staff was very helpful.

Very good pet shop, very clean compared to all the other places we had checked before we purchased the pets. My daughter bought 2 pug puppies last month and I had no problem with them.
I recommend them for after sales service as well as they did a follow up with us to check if we had any problems with the pets.
I fully support local businesses and I don't understand all these negative feedback they have been receiving my experience was very good.
