  Lazy staff - instead of cutting hair we were offered shaving, because "brushing before hair cut will take two hours". Came from Abu Dhabi for cat grooming, left after arguing with diva personnel. Apparently, their time is more precious than mine, although they charge AED 200 for hair cut. Awful service, will recommend everyone to avoid this shop.

  Really great staff who are so helpful and they deliver. I send my dog there for grooming and he is not the easiest but they still manage him and always do a good job.
