I hav always had a great experience shen ever i had been to aster clinics, the service provided bt the staffs and the nurses are excelent, docs are very much knowlegable snd kind enough to comfort us in getting us back to our perfect healthy life style dr.nagesh was really great and gave me all the advise and treatment which helped me to recover fast, also thnks to mr.shiju / mr. Gaurav and sister anjali who were of great help in accomodating and took special care of me all the time and it was awesome meeting them..thnks a lot aster and keep up the awesome job.

This was my first visit to Aster Clinic with my Husband for routine check up . I had a really good experience with the person named Tony who is a staff there in the clinic , he took care of us from filling the form to meeting the doctor..He was attentive and sincere in explaining us regarding the tests we were suppose to do . The wait time was short Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor that I saw were kind, courteous, and helpful. Thank you for your hard work, taking the time to be attentive to your patients needs and listening to their medical concerns fully.

"Tony" who is a gems in this company, each time I went there with my husband he delight us with his service excellence those kind of gems are the one that makes patients leave happily and come back.
I work for Emirates airlines and have been hearing so many good comment about him here n there..
Always Value him as trust me this gentleman work with his heart.. For us honesty wen we have appointement there we only look for him as we don't want to deal with others due to so many bad experience before all this to tell you how much he is Amazing and professional.

Worst ever experience after been here for couple of times.

This time is the worst. I been here for couple of times. To be honest i know how they work. From waiting the queue and the other procedure.

They used to have a good staff, smile, and polite. But this time totally different.

You will be lucky to have your nightmare if you meet The guy in the counter name is TONI.
The WORST staff they ever can have here. Not professional at all.

Just don't come here to spend your money and to waste your time.
There are other clinics and hospitals better than Aster Clinic in Al Quoz.

Please do not visit this place. There are far better hospitals here in Dubai than this one. Its over crowded because of the rush and you don't even have a place to sit. The staff are not efficient in doing their duties in a timely manner. I waited there almost for 3 hrs which included just 10 mins of seeing the doctor. Remaining time spent on going from counter to counter and waiting.Best part is I stood for half the time.I could not wait any further and after three hours I canceled my further tests which were referred by the doctor and came back.

Worst experience with the customer service.I have been trying to call the doctor for past 12 hours and only response i get is they will call me and they are busy.No proper phone connected to al qouz branch.All the calls are connected to customer service who takes 15 minutes to pick the call and another 15 minutes to transfer the call and then tell us sorry none is answering your call at the al qouz hospital.Really disappointed by the service.

It seems very excellent service of all Doctors and Staffs even though it's so busy and they manage them all patients with extra care on the busiest schedule in this clinic. I VISITED TO THIS CLINIC, I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE HERE. ALL DOCTORS AND STAFFS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN CARING AND ALL ARE VERY HELP FULL . DOCTORS ARE REALLY NICE, INSURANCE, RECEPTIONISTS,NURSING EVERYBODY IS TREATING VERY WELL. INSURANCE STAFFS ARE REALLY AMAZING, THEY HELPED ME TO AVAIL TREATMENT QUICKLY UNDER INSURANCE.

You have to wait for a long time and the team is lazy and slow. Even they do not understand if someone is too sick and wants to see the doctor early.i went 3 times and the lady is telling me wait for your call.i have experience with medcare and saudi german. There you dont have to wait that much.I come 7:30 and its now 9:07 .still i did not see the doctor and just imagine how you will feel if you fever, runny nose and too much sneezing.

very poor quality of service and no experienced doctors. I have my wife consulted there. wouldn't tell us any fees or anything if it is insurance and have no idea how much they charge the insurance. last consultation they had blood samples tested. and they said they will call us. it has been a week now with no call back or no follow up consultation after the test reports! poor doctors, poor service. the number of branches does NOT necessarily mean the quality is good!
