I visit Aster every time for everything in Kerala. So obviously, this specific Aster clinic was my first and only choice.

I went their for my insulin refill. I told the doctor (a young general practitioner, not naming her) that these are my insulins and i need a refill. I understand the doctor wants to do ta est before prescribing medicine in fasting sugar. I told the doctor to give me a 10 days medicine for now since I will be traveling for a week, rest I will come early morning and do test and when I return, then you can prescribe my monthly dose after the test . She not only without my consent put a fasting blood test in 1 weeks time (the time I am on my travels) but also insisted that I change my insulin to tablets . I kept saying this medicine was prescribed by a specialist (not 1, but after 3 consultants) after many trail and runs; and I want to stick to this because my sugar level is absolutely normal when I check with my strip and only happens with insulin. She still kept pushing for tablets for a high sugar patient. That was my last visit there. Doctors words are 1 thing, their ignorance, their greediness for making more appointments and more busines, morale and understanding of a patients history is another

I'm really surprised, they have a very fast process, I went walk-in and found no problem at all and until I got my medicines. This is highly recommended for quick or routine check ups. Well done Aster - highly impressed.

I had good experience with the staff and doctors. Those who complain about the staff not answering the phone they should consider the fact that those staff are registering the patients. I myself was at the counter and the lady was so busy to register the patients into system that she was unable to take calls. So their priority are the patients who are standing there. Thanks Aster

doctor are pretty good, operating teams are worst never answer phone as easily, better to avoid, if they are not answering phone calls, conveying that not to come hospital unless test reports rceived as SMS.

The doctors are good but the support staff is extremely poor. They never pick up the call, even if you call thousand time. So you can never discuss report or ask anything over the phone. Only way is to visit the clinic every time. Hope they will improve the services and behave more like a private clinic rather then like a charitable trust. Also I see similar reviews by many users here but there is no improvement in this regard.

Well this clinic is most famous in international city and the specialists are also the best. Been there twice or thrice and always had a healthy feeling
