I wish if there is a ZERO star to give. Reviewing most of the comments, all of them speaking about how bad service beauty connection is offering now. The funny thing that they really don't care about customer service! have a look at the comments below, they will just reply to a person that gave them "Full stars" and beneath it there is a person complaining about something and they don't even think to apologize. I was a customer of Beauty Connection for almost five years, however their services are reducing. Lack of empathy and attitude is present with most of the staff. Are they offering their services for FREE?!!!!! I wish if their management have a look at the reviews here and take an action! looking at all, mostly were suffering from the same. and if anyone is reading my comment now, I really advise you not to go to this place even if some one recommended it. They really changed! and you will just throw your money like this! "Note: staff give you BAD SERVICE and then they give you a F******** Attitude if you don't TIP them! RIDICULOUS!

This salon used to be amazing before the new location on Sheik Zayed road. Now it’s about quantity not quality. I’ve stopped doing my acrylic nails here because every time my nails get filed down to the flesh and it’s very painful. Went for a Brazilian wax and the girl had no idea what she was doing. I’ve had to get home and pull the pieces of wax left behind off myself. The hair all broke off at the follicle and will all be ingrown. The discount and special offers are great and they’re definitely cheaper than other salons. But I’d rather pay a bit more for a quality service and professional experience.

This place is good for people who have limited time. No booking needed and all the staff is focused on the speed more than quality. Feels like a conveyor and if you have back problems - don’t forget your own comfortable chair, as the seats here are horrible

I went here the other day to get my hair done and it was an absolutely horrible experience. I will never go back. I asked for a half head of highlights, cut and blow dry. The ladies putting the highlights in were so busy chatting it was two hours before I was taken to the sink to wash the colour out. While at the sink I could feel the lady rubbing my hair together for ages and I wasn’t until my scalp started burning that I realised she was rubbing the colour all through my hair after taking the foils out. My hair was naturally blonde before and all I wanted was some highlights. When I saw what she had done I actually cried. All my hair is a uniform yellow-orange colour. When I told her I wanted to leave without the cut and blow dry she told me I wouldn’t get my money back. She seemed annoyed that I wasn’t happy. This was such an awful and upsetting experience, in addition to being slow and expensive!

Love this place. No appointment necessary and they very quick and efficient at what they do and with a massive compliment of lovely staff. Every beauty treatment you could think of can be done here. A real one stop shop.

Bad experience, they are very rough and are focused on completing the task in a specific time frame. I will not go again and will never recommend the place to anyone.

This place is amazing. Everything beauty Uber one roof. Never ever need reservations, just walk in and get everything done. Hair, nails, spa etc.

Reservations in advance is not necessary which is a great feature .the hair salon got the unique product for Dubai and whole UAE - Italian hair products brand Alfaparf an award winning gentle coloring and my personal favourite.The spa is very large , it is not a cosy one but busy and noisy.Prices are below average and quality of service is great

One of the best salons i have ever been to. I loke the salon concept and the privacy they offer for ladies. The parking area is huge and i never found problems to find parking. They offer big halls for different services loke brows, nails, waxing and hair

Extremely bad products! I did long lasting nail polish yesterday evening but it pealed off by this morning. Very unprofessional staff, they don't listen to customer needs, they are doing everything robotically, whatever you ask them politely not to do (because I know my body) they just laugh at you, comment on Philippino among themselves and continue like you didn't said anything . Extremely unsatisfied and wasted money!

No advance booking are required which makes it the perfect place for unplanned days. Price list is great and not expensive compare to other places. Decor is wonderful and covers a huge are for all services that you might need. Tried the eyebrow and blow dry but didn't like it . It's a place for quick work however don't recommend it if you will have an important occasion.

I usually never take the time to rate the places that I visit, but I was so disappointed by my experience here that I just had to. Beauty connection came highly recommended from some close friends so I thought I would give it a try. The lady who was supposed to direct me to the brow room had an attitude which was an instant turn off. I went in for full-face threading and upon sitting in my seat it immediately flings me back and I almost fall out. The threaded moved me to a new chair and it took several times of her notifying her colleagues that the chair was broken before they finally removed it. She begins threading and immediately asks me why I don't just wax to which I explained that I am allergic. She proceeded to offer three more times to use wax on my face despite me repeatedly telling her I'm allergic. When she finally finished I realize she hasn't touch my eyebrows. Found out that eyebrow threading was different from full face threading which is totally ridiculous to me. I've been to many spas and they have never said such a thing. Over priced, slow service, and beauty consultants who don't listen to what you want-- will not be returning

Ridiculous amount of spa services, no appointments necessary! Not sure how it all works, but it does. Can pop in and get literally anything done. Good experience overall, but did not like my blow dry (they dried the hair straight then curled it vs using a round brush)

Recently I experienced bad beauty service, I paid AED150 for a wash and blow dry even though my hair shoulder length. Regardless of being over charged, I was then seated at the wash basin where my hair was washed with cold water! I asked the lady to please use warm water since I had flu and it was very uncomfortable. She responded by saying our hot water is finished! So I had to suffer for the next 8 minutes and endure ice cold water being poured on my poor head! To make maters worse, I got dandruff the minute they started blow drying my hair because the conditioner wasn't washed out properly because there was no hot water! lol. In future please inform your clients and don't charge premium prices for poor services.

The service is declining for years now. It's a hit and miss thing here.
Majority of the girls do not know how to apply shimmery nail varnish and they apply thick layers. Once, a girl did horrendous job with shimmering varnish and before her colleague came to see the deed when I called, the girl promptly removed it.
Unless, you know exactly which girl you want, good luck - as it might be a pleasant surprise or a load of stress caused by not just a poor work done, but by the indifference to your complainresponse / report this review
