I have booked an appointment for back massage for 2, reached there, waited 15 mins till someone came and told me there were no available rooms!! Even though they called to confirm the appointment!! Hey tips and toes how about you stop the double bookings and stop wasting my time.

I go here every 2 weeks to get my nails (hands and feet) shellac polished. I have also had a few full body massages and waxing done.
The service is excellent and the atmosphere is just what I want from a salon. I love the ladies that work here who are extremely friendly.
I now have a regular for all of my needs, ask for Michelle R for your nails ;-)

I have been an old customer for tips and toes(2009) i have been happy with their services till my last 2 visits . I came for a blow dry and for the 2nd time my scalp is sticky and oily because the conditioner were left now well rinsed off my hair. This is the 2nd time i face this problem here. Never happened before nowhere else.the first time i had only an apology and i paid the full amount of my service .the second time they offered 20%off my blow dry service and i insisted for 50%"which i regret to pay now ".not only im disappointed that my hair looks greasy and sticky !i have to attend a formal event with it!!!

Disappointed with service! I clearly said to reception that I have only 40 min and I had to wait 20 min to get my technician to come. Back massage (during manicure) was very average, and therapist didn’t even bother to help me to put my top back on and just left. Definitely not coming back.

The most confused team handling appointments and reception. There is always handful of them at reception counter yet they r lost when it comes to appointment. I stopped visiting when I had repeated unhappy experiences with nails being done with trainers and hairdresser u like get changed all the time. Decided to visit again when I received a call from Zata ( not sure of name) on nov 14 , I guess asking y I stopped coming as I explained my displeasure , she offered me a free manicure and pedicure, being busy that time I told her will think about it. Today I decided to call for appointment, there answers my call @ 10:59- one most confident staff - agrees to give me 12:30 appointment , I explained I m coming for free mani pedi and asked her to look for any notes on it and confirm. She confidently said yes. Surprise surprise, here I came a bit late at 12:36 and I find I have no appointment and she first said no appointment , then said 3:30 and then3:00 PM , but she is kind enough to accept me. Then comes next surpriseit s not free it's 50 percent discount. I demanded clarification and she handed me number of zata, who anyway did nt answer my call. I asked her to sort it out while I do my waxing. To cut the story short I refused to do nails . It's not about money, it's about integrity. U better train ur stafff to the core so that they r clear what they r doing. And by the way on asking if they have customer feedback book or something I can write my concern , here comes the answer go to google and write ma'am . Seriously !!!!! So here I am your most unhappy client after wasting an hour at ur ridiculous place.

The best place in Dubai for acrylic nail extensions. I have tried many other salons and had awful experiences. It can be pricey but you get what you pay for! I have never left disappointed ❤️

Fantastic place for nails! Imee did my nails and provided a great service. I had gel soak off and gel manicure. She was friendly and I loved my nails. I plan to get my nails done here every time.

The girl who washed my hair was awesome, however the hairdresser didn't understand I have a side part and not a middle part. Had to correct the uneven lengths and cut it myself at home, really not worth 250 AED, then. I told the hairdresser from the beginning, but she refused to listen to me and laughed at me.

This is the worst place and worst staff i've ever encountered.. unprofessional, dont know what their doing very rude receptionist esp (jovina) if im not mistaken! Will never go back in this place again.

Terrible service. They were late for my appointment for 40 mins until I got frustrated and left until they were finally ready. Shocked to see this from tips and toes.
