What a terrible experience.

I went to get my hair styled. I showed the hairstylist a picture of what I wanted it to look like. She boldy said "yes I can do it". After she tried several times and failed. After liking over my pic several times and not achieving the look. I told her it's not working. She told me well we have other customers coming soon so yeah.

If you can do the style just say no.
It's not professional to make the customer feel bad for asking the hairstyle to be changed when the expectation is not met.

Poor service.
