One of the only places in Dubai that knows what they are really doing with style, colour and cut. They take care of your hair and offers you the right products for you if you need. Have to book in advance as the ladies are busy. Moderate to heavy in price but worth it for hair care.
Bathroom availble. Acessable by wheelchair.

I went to Slam for the first time in January 2017. I spent more than a 1000 £ on 4 visits to this salon. The first time did not give me what I really wanted but it looked okay so I accepted it. The second visit did not indicate that I had paid a big sum for salon treatment. It looked like box color done at home. I complained privately to the stylist. She said she was leaving for her vacation and could not really do anything. A month later, wanting to give them another chance, I called them again and told them that I was disappointed and upset by the careless treatment. They offered another stylist. I went there again and saw the first stylist watching me. You could call me foolish for going there a fourth time. I deserve the rebuke. The fourth time was the worst, by far. I hate picking up cheap cards based on race, gender or color. But really, I am sitting here wondering— WHAT HAPPENED? I simply don’t understand. I paid nearly 300 £ on my last visit and came out with a terrible haircut & ordinary color. In short, nothing fabulous to justify the high charges, the snootiness or the assumptions of greatness that the salon has. I have lived in Dubai for twenty years and have always gone to high end salons. This has to be the worst experience.

I was contacted by SLAM Dubai after I posted this review. They even wrote a response to the review. All I can say is that I am not mistaken in detecting that this was a tactic to DISCOURAGE ME FROM GOING THERE AGAIN. They have a certain clientele and obviously, they want to keep up a certain image. I probably didn't fit the bill. My last visit was in August and I still haven't gotten over it.

I love this place , it's a bit pricy but they do great hair and color ! I go with Gemma she rocks when it comes to color and cut ! Highly recommend !

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!! Girls, really be careful your face if you going to Slam, here is the dye spot they made me, and it does not go away! After 3 days Slam tried to remove it but you can see the result, they do not get there. I'm very worried about my face. I book now appointment to the dermatologist to find a solution. The situation is terrible and Slam's only answer is: ''only this !'' This is not accetable and I hope this will not happen to you.

I love this place BUT it's just way too expensive for me, I would go more but I now go somewhere where they do excellent hair for a reasonable price. If you fancy ask for Rachel she is the best !
