We went on this dinner cruise last night which had very good reviews, the experience exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely amazing like a 5 star restaurant. The staff were so friendly and the attention to detail was second to none. They even brought us a special cake to share for our anniversary. Highly recommended a really lovely way to spend an evening.

Old Dubai on a boat is always special. Food was alright but would be better if traditional local food was served.

The ride is up and down the creek. You can enjoy the Al Fahidi district with all the traditional buildings on one side and the "old" Dubai building and towers on the other.

I recommend this ride at night to appreciate the beautiful lighting and the night sky

Great service from the moment I emailed my queries on the same day of the booking straight though to the end of the evening. A complete pleasure to deal with and the food was excellent along with the careful consideration and acknowledgement of the gluten free requirements , they even adopted a non-gluten free option main course on the night - great job. The wine choices were fairly limited and the knowledge on the tastes of those they had were also and that would take it to another level. Altogether excellent we will be back

This cruise is a must!! Absolutely 5 star in every way, the reception, the food, the waiters, the atmosphere, the music, the bathrooms, the view overall a wonderful experience for a couple who want a romantic formal evening out. Well done to the staff and everybody involved.. will definitely do it again

Really great experience. Having eaten on boats before I wasn’t expecting amazing food but it was as delicious. The cruise is also long enough so that you can go on the deck and enjoy the view.

Wonderful New year's Eve dinner cruise. Service started a little slow but overall was good. Food was very tasty and well-planned. Entertainment was adequate but not memorable. Fabulous views of the city.

The time spent was magical, very smooth sailing, the ambiance was great and so was the staff.
Although one small issue would be how pricey the pictures printed of us were, maybe options (size and type of print) would have been great.

Overall, we can't wait to come back!

Another excellent meal on Bateaux Dubai. We visited for a very special birthday and were not disappointed. Excellent food and service, a great thing to do when visiting Dubai. Arrive early to have a nice walk around the new mooring area.

We had an absolute enjoyable experience, the food was first class with added extras that we just did not expect. The Chef is an absolute class value to the Bateaux - 5 stars.
From the minute we boarded to the time we left we were treated with 100% attention, the waiters got to know us and attended so well.
I would recommend this dining experience to everyone.

It was a magical experience from the ambience to the setting and the attention to detail the staff have. I love that it's elegant and allows for a beautiful elegant dress sense. The food was unbelievable just the right amount always superb presentation. The burrata starter was Devine and the lamb 3 ways for mains was the best I have ever had. I wish they had more vegetarian options as well to accommodate vegetarians better. Can't wait to come back again.

Went here for my birthday and am delighted I did. We had booked the dinner and cruise with unlimited soft drinks. Every dish was better than the last. For the main I had the veal and it was cooked to perfection. Dessert for scrumptious. The waiters came out with a cake and a candle and sang happy birthday to me. At the end the cruise manager and the head chef went around to greet everyone and ask for feedback - I thought this was the cheery on top and they really show how much effort they put into everything.

I treated my parents to the lovely dinner cruise, and they were treated with exceptional service and truly had a great and lovely time.

The customer service was very helpful with my concerns and made the whole gift experience smooth and easy. It was a successful gift which touched my parents hearts and made my night!

Definitely a place I would love to try again and highly recommend to all residents and visitors to try out.

We have had a wonderful time and food, the indicated boarding and dropping times were accurate. We were given the table that we wanted, We had the fish and lamb for main course and everything was delightful. Food + view + service + ambience = worth the price. It was unforgettable experience

If you are looking for a romantic night with exquisite food, this is the cruise for you. My wife and I are on our honeymoon and I decided to treat her to a dinner cruise. It was one of my favorite things we did in Dubai. Service, live music circling a dazzling city. A must do!
