  Quite noisy indoors, outside as well: there's a lot of tracks are parked behind on sandy area troubling residents with horn, loading and backward moving warning sounds.

  Project is handed over. Amazing view and front of metro station. Very close to Dubai EXPO 2020 location and ibn battuta mall.

  The project is a residential building and is under Construction where the MEP is being done by MAC Electromechanical Engineering. Good location at the main street and just beside the metro station.. should be a great place to live once executed.
