  Good place to buy a bike for affordable price.
  The owner is passionate about providing right service to the clients and very friendly.
  
  The shop in the front of Al quoz mall ,also they sell different bicycles for all ages. They also do bike repair in store and they can pick up as well.

  Update: I visited thier shop yesterday 27/11/2021 because the gear is not working properly and they refused to fix the problem saying that there is no problem in the gear. Then I visited another shop to fix it and they told me that the whole gear set need to be changed.

  Bought a bike few days back, unfortunately had the worst experience ever. They sent me a wrong size asked for Medium and they sent me Small. Plus It was badly assembled so I had to ask for a return, they refused and offered me an exchange only. I agreed, so they sent me the right size but relized after receiving it was full of scraches and very dirty, clearly this was a display piece not new one. I called to return as I am fed up with having so many problems with my order. They refused and spoke with me for the *second time* very badly and accused me that I used the previous bike and they did a favor for me to exchange it in the first place, although that wrong size bike never left my apartment door. the lady who spoke with me was very rude not professional what so ever, plus she has zero knowledge of customer service etiquette although it was their mistake from the beginning she was talking to me as if I am a trouble maker or I dont have any rights. Then when I asked to speak to the Manager she said "I am the manager and this is what I have u like it or no". it was hard to believe she is the manager looking at her attitude as if she doesnt care about the reputation of the company. Her name is Alia, I hope the real Managers see this post and give her some courses of customer service.
  
  At the end I was forced to take the bike with all its flaws as I dont have time nor I can bare arguing with such people.
  
  I will just make sure no one I know will never ever buy anything from this shop.
