  Traveler’s saga may be a good agency for “no-brain” arrangements, but do not ask them for something more customized.
  
  Reliable PCR testing and timing becomes the cornerstone of travel nowadays. Based on the new US requirements, PCR testing must be done 24 hours prior to boarding. In order to be on the safe side, I contracted traveler’s saga’s services for an express-PCR, even though knowing to pay a heavy premium of more than 150%. They had clear directions, and even documented them, when and where to do the testing.
  
  It did not work out as planned. First, they contacted me hours before the agreed timing to do the testing because a nurse was in the building. Second, at the required time for testing the nurse went to the wrong place to find me. And third and finally, after several urgent phone calls I got tested more than 2 hours after the agreed time.
  
  You can probably image the stress you feel when scared of not being able to take off to go home.
  
  Conclusion: they provided more than average service at a premium price.

  I booked 2 experiences with this agency while being in Dubai
  The safari in the desert and the Abu Dhabi visit.
  I didn't like the fact you stop at the Ferrari world in Abu even if it is closed and you can't visit the city center.
  The Safari was ok but too much faked experience, a super touristic thing

  Our driver Sajid was friendly and polite, spoke English well and was very helpfull. The quadbikes tour in the desert, camel riding and desert camp was very fun. Recommend this company and they deserve 5 stars ⭐️
