August 7, 2022: I visited the showroom with specific queries to buy an Infiniti 55. I was greeted by the receptionist, and later on, Moved on to view the car. I was about to ask my queries, and the receptionist asked me to fill the long form with all my "Personal Details" if I wanted someone to assist me. I said I was not willing to share my Personal Information at that moment and I wanted to clear few queries. She ignored and mentioned details are necessary. I viewed the cars myself, TOOK AN OATH NEVER TO BUY AN INFINITI MYSELF, my argument being, if the reception services are trained to be Rude by Infiniti imagine The Services !!! OMG I am scared to go back.

Excellent customer relationship experience, i interacted with Abdo Sabbagh (sales supervisor) and Raed Nehme (sales manager) and can’t praise them enough for their courtesy and attention to my needs rather than to just sell a car. I will cc Dr Amina Al Rustamani for this wonderful experience.

Very nice layout for a car showroom. First showroom I have experienced which provides valet service and they provide with wet wipes when they serve you with tea or coffee.

Not that many derivatives and the v8 has been discontinued,accross the board.Disappointing,to say the least.However the "Red Line" derivatives are REALLY cool.

It's good. But I was sad to find there was no prayer room. It is a pretty standard feature at every organizational building in the UAE.

I have a g37s 2010 with 55k km
I just dont get how a huge and luxury car company as infiniti can accept to produce a 2010 luxurious car and has this defect in the dashboard
My car never parked in sunlight , always in indoor parking and recently I realized a big cracks on my dashboard
If i buy a cheap old hyundai wont have this defect.
Thats a manufacturer defect and i ask you for a solution for my problem as the manufacturer must take responsibility of this.
Its not my problem to pay thousands of dirhams to change it.
I took the car to infiniti service they took a pictures
They called me after 10 days and they say they cant fix it coz the warranty is expired
So a 2010 luxury infiniti car with only 55k km
Should look like this ???
Im sure if i buy a 1980 car the dashboard will look brand new
And as i told ur service consultant savio that i had a g35 before and now g37s
And i was selling it to get the new q60
But with this defect and bad services i prefer to buy a peugeot instead
