My washing machine was collected the same day I messaged and returned the next day in perfect working order. Cannot expect any better service than that! Also extremely responsive on what’s app with updates.

The washing machine was installed properly, but the guys were delayed more than 30 minutes! I asked for a discount and was laughed in my face! Literally the person responded to my message “Haha”! Like whatever we don't care about the time. My friend could stay only for 30 minutes during the installation process and instead it took 1h and 10min (including the time when they were looking for my place)! I'm very disappointed with customer service although the machine was actually installed and the mechanic performed well!
Do not advise to anyone to use this guys as they will be always delayed by 30-40 min after the arranged time and than blame a customer that he/she lives in a difficult location!response / report this review -

Excellent team, excellent customer service. They came on time, took the washer/dryer away, replaced the faulty part and brought it back the next day. Kept me updated throughout the whole process. The whole process was smooth and easy. Will use them again. I highly recommend them.

I used their services few days back and I must tell they were very punctual, responsive and fast in fixing the issue. The whole process was pretty smooth as they took the dishwasher and replaced the defective parts and now its fully functional with no issues whatsoever. Very happy with their service and looking forward to take their assistance if we get any issues for any other appliances

These thieves repaired my washing machine and took 300 dhirams. After 3 weeks same matter came.. I called them and they have blocked my number also
Very bad in profession.. I might go and complain about them for authorities

Dear those with broken appliances,
I urge you to save your money, find an alternative service store or buy yourself a new appliance.
They took my washing machine for a repair, 3 days after return, it broke again. I have been chasing them for weeks, but with no response. It started with not answering my calls, and now they're not responding to my texts. Please be careful!
I feel scammed, cheated out of my money, and incredibly furious with the way things were handled by them.response / report this review
