Recently got in touch with Decisive Zone for business setup. Hands down, the best I've come across. All of the staff is very humble and helpful to the very last moment. Wouldn't give a second thought to recommend to friends and family.

I recently got my trade license from Decisive Zone and I would say that they are the easiest to do business with. From the start Hannah so patient waited for me to make my decision. Speaking from experience many just drops off and worst get upset when clients keep asking questions and keep holding to decisions but Hannah has been so professional and pleasant throughout the waiting period. When I finally decided to meet she immediately booked me even at 6pm to meet her in their office at Business Bay. The application was prompt and Hannah has guided us through the activities that my husband and I wanted to have. Muhammad is also quite patient and accurately guided me through the process.
I have dealt with another licensing company but the people of Decisive Zone are absolutely professional, pleasant, patient and quick in processing my license. I never imagined it to be this FAST EASY, the COST WAS AMAZINGLY LOW with 5 business activities that it includes. Decisive is my go to and my suggested licensing company. I had the slightest clue on how to start up my company. I took a leap of faith coming to Dubai and upon meeting Decisive Zone team, they not only helped me set up my company fast but also advise me on other matters related to staying here. I consider them as not just a consulting company but a friendly one who puts the clients interests and requests first. Will def stay on with them and recommend to anyone like me :)

I am very grateful for all the support that I’ve received from Decisive Zone, specially from Leisyl who took care of everything I needed to set up my company in Dubai, also for my residence visa.

At first I thought it will difficult for me to set up a business in UAE. Decisive Zone made my work easier & more quicker. Nice team with helpful nature & providing best customer services regarding my deal. Specially thanks to Mr. Santosh who was made easy to open my bank account within two days.

Decisive zone is definitely the best at what they do. The team is professional, responsive and on point when it comes to getting you the comprehensive process of business setup. Getting visas and even taking care of our personal affairs upon arrival, even providing sound local advise and transportation. Thank you Leisyl and Bob at decisive!

If someone is looking for professional and quality consulting in UAE company formation in my opinion Decisive Zone is one company to go to. I was assisted by Divya Naresh as company formation expert. She is extremely professional, transparent and wonderful person to engage and work with. I was guided through out the entire process. In simple words, all your problems and questions will be taken care off in a timely and professional manner.

Setting up the business is hustle at the initial stages, Decisive Zone made my work easier & more quicker, setting up licenses, Visa, Bank accounts & what more..
