Great place to check if anyone is looking for used cars. I purchased my car in Ras Al Khor Branch, seems they offer only Ford brand cars here.
Though I was not interested in Ford brand, I changed my mind after checking few cars.
Most of the cars I found are still under warranty and I managed to get a car along with service contract as well.
I want to thank showroom staff Nazim, he was Professional and straightforward. He didn't wasted my time, he showed me cars which are relevant to my preference.response / report this review -

We bought a second-hand car last week in Tesla Motors. The whole experience was fantastic. We dealt with Mohammed Weshahi the whole time and he was so helpful. He didn't push us in any direction, he patiently took us around for a trial with the cars and when we felt ready to buy he made the whole process easy and comfortable. We are very pleased with the car and with the service. We will recommend Tesla Motors and especially Mohamed to all our friends.

I purchased a Ford from this place and Nozim took the time to explain everything I wanted to know about the car and about the process. All people there are very attentive and also customer oriented. They also helped me to do the banking stuff and I did not have to go to the bank to do anything from my end.
Let's see how the car goes but my overall experience was really nice.response / report this review -

Pathetic service. Told me on phone to come and see the car. After driving 30mins and coming. They indicate it's in another branch. And they laugh at you for the mistake. Simply absurd customer care.

Very warm and welcoming reception from Michele & Gais of Tesla Motors LLC-SZR. Both carry excellent positive attitude and approach towards the Customer. Special Kudos to Mr. Gais.Keep it up Guys!!! LOOKING forward to see the same level of performance from the CAR being delivered to me :)
