My experience with the hospital is good
But they have gynecologist Dr. Mona Mohamed Saad
She is a wonderful doctor and very professional in her profession
and her friendly way makes you want to talk forever
She makes me feel comfortable with everything
I would recommend to visit her if you need a professional doctor

The hospital is a disgrace !! They are mobilizing their staff to write good feed back on the website !! The ER is the worst place place on earth; and the reception and pharmacy are too ugly. Very expensive service for nothing and the doctors there are too rude and lack experience. I recommend anyone to abstain from going there !!!!

Very very bad services. Yesterday I visit in emergency but they shift to internal medicine doctor. They were free that time but not check the temperature. I was more than 102F but they said you looks fine so go there and check with any internal doctor.
And now on Friday I am try to call for book an appointment from 2PM till now 4 PM no one is there to pick a phone. I have given the blood yesterday but I don’t know want I need to do .realy bad service.

Not preferable for busy person. Takes 2 hours for medicine..buy from outside in 5 min. 2 hours after appointment for ultrasound. Specially Dr. Suhana. We need to enjoy holiday in hospital

Hey folks this is my first review as I was unaware of this google facility. So I thought of posting something that'll prove helpful for you. I visited this hospital about a month for my diabetic checkup. I was very much delighted with the way they approached me. Starting from the receptionist to my doctor. Unlike any other doctors the doctors in Amina Hosp. simply motivates you to get in the best shape and condition. They don't just blame you for your medical condition they give you tips on how to stay healthy and prescribe you with the best medicine. I've fixed that Amina Hosp. is gonna be my hosp. for my monthly regular checkups. I'll suggest you all to visit Amina Hosp. and experience their hospitality.

Pathetic, pharmacy is super slow, to get medicines patients have to wait more than a hour, never seen anything anywhere, only in amina hospital, pls management do something and have mercy on patients.

Review from uk expat. Long waiting times even after getting an appointment. Bad customer service. Wrong information from start to finish. Very unprofessional. Admin was terrible. I would give no stars if possible. To any Brits out there. You will find this hellish and pray for the NHS! don't go there and as a side tip get recommendations from people accustomed to the same standards of living as you.

Very good service and good ambience. Staff are good, system is also good. Prices are cheaper compared to Al Zahra in Sharjah. Easy access and valet parking is great service.
The registration process is very frustrating and takes long time.. this could be due to many reasons either information entered every visit is too much or the system used is not effective or the staff are not well trained. One thing I noticed after visiting many times that the staff are not passionate about their work and don't held themselves accountable for what they do.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from the doctors, nurses, staffs and every personnel in that hospital. I gave birth early this year and Dr SAILAJA, their OB Gyne consultant, was there during the delivery. During labor, I requested for caesarian delivery but she insisted for normal delivery as she believes that I am healthy and able. She is more than an OB Gyne, she could also be a great motivator. The whole delivery experience went well because of Dr Sailaja and the rest of them. When I checked out, the total bill was quite REASONABLE. I have and will always recommend AMINA hospital to all soon to be moms out there.

My Review is on the pharmacy in amina hospital, its one of the worst experiences in any pharmacy. the numbering system is not working as needed, insurance approvals take alot of time for simple medicine. i took my son to the hospital for his stomach the doctor has prescribed medicines and i waited in the pharmacy more than i waited for the doctor. patients were taking theyre papers because of the delay. I was told the delay because of the insurance approval meanwhile the doctor visit was approved automatically now when i visit the hospital I dont even go to the pharmacy.. I buy my medicines outside.

My wife got delivered from here.. Dr.Malini Vijayan attended with special care and assistants.. one of the best Doctor in town
Highly recommended for Maternity service.
Compared to all other Hospital very cheap and best service.

I have visited Amina hospital Ajman Emergency reception on 4th May, 2018 around 9:45 am.

I can't explain the situation of emergency services. I really disappointed with the emergency service. I have been waited almost 35 minutes for reception staff. Not only me there was many other people who were waiting before me. Refer to the attached picture of reception desk which was with out staff.

However I am really agree that Amina Hospital have very much experience Doctors but other supporting staffs are not much experience.

End of story I did not take any treatment for my son. I have taken to him some other hospital to get his treatment. And he was admitted in hospital almost 5 days in other hospital to complete his treatment. 😭😭😭😭

Not recommended for short or long term treatments. We have wasted a lot of time and money to obtain a decent medical cure, but unfortunately they kept providing unrealistic information to prolong visiting duration for no genuine results. Doctors have very limited experiences and the hospital staff need to adopt modern hospitalization facilities techniques.

I recently had my baby delivery in amina hospital with Dr. Malini vijayan oby/gyn who I recommend as a very best doctor ever.she is very careful of each and every details and the great great service from her. she is the reason why I choose the hospital and had the best experience ever.some of the Nurses were friendly as well but some didn't.

Great hospital. I felt really relaxed moment I entered the hospital. The reception to the doctor experience was very welcoming and comforting. 1 star missing because parking is an issue. The ad says they have vallet parking. I couldn't find anyone and I had to search for parking. Beside that I feel it's the best hospital in Ajman (and maybe UAE). Keep up the work and hope it stays this way.

Update (15/10/2017): not all doctors are of the finest. Some tend to prescribe unwanted amount of medicines (so they get commission). Sometimes I feel this hospital is more towards the BUSINESS moto than CARE, depends on the doctor.

Nurses and the doctors are very friendly. Just the admin/reception staff needs to be more friendly or either their approach should be more interactive. Otherwise rest is fine. Not all Hospitals have very best doctors from all departments. Here I found the dentist, urologist and gynecologist really good. I felt the pharmacy of this hospital is understaffed. And the behavior of the staff is way better than GMC/Thumbay.

Would not recommend this hospital at all.
1-Unprofessional staff
2-Nurse ruptured my sister's vein while taking blood
3-Took the wrong test
4-Complained with pictures as proof in rmail but got no response from management. Asked to pay for test again
5-Got the test done outside. Huge difference in reports
6- Redid test from outside again
7- Conclusion Aminas Lab didn't keep the blood sample properly

Worst hospital at all from the admin as the slowest admin among the uae hospital and nurses whom are not friendly and treating the patient family very hard and taffy attitude

I hate this hospital and i will never recommend such hospital to any one co they will not expert the same
