Very Bad Doctors here Not qualified for their job One of the eye doctor scared me that i will be blind if i dont get a operation from her referred placebut i took a second opinion from other 2 well known hospitals one is ZULEIKHA HOSPITAL other is SHAIKH KHALIFA hospital and both said im fine. Just use few eye drops.. I recomend authorities to plz check their certificates.

Worst token system..and much more frustated with time and system maintainedeach consultation is draged to abt 20 to 30 mts..even for pediatric dept..turning sick kid more worst by crowded environment
..if its 1 or 2 can understand..but for eachcant get the logic of delaying the token..and once clock ticks 10.15 pm..consultation time is cut short to 3 to 5 mts

Has to be considered for making up of these draw backand if the delay is created purposly to show crowd..as a marketting stratergy.. it is inverse..in effect

Extremely bad service. Came here with my husband because it was closest to where we live. The receptionist was exceptionally rude. I understand that it is hard work and tiresome, but when you ask a question, the least they could do is give a proper answer. I don’t expect flowers, but what I do expect is to be provided with necessary information. Secondly, the wait time is just inexcusable, there was far too many patients, and not enough doctors. At one point while I was sitting outside the doctors room in the waiting area, I could hear music! There were no patients inside, it’s absolutely ridiculous.

The doctors take far too long to see patients, we have been waiting for two hours, and the clinic has not even emptied. There is also a lack of seats and there is no “ladies” area either where women can sit separately from men. Some of the chairs are even broken, and there is no hygiene standards. The nurses are walking around wearing make up and jewellery which could be contaminated especially if they are taking blood and doing other small minor procedures.

Of all the clinics that I have been to, this is the worst one I’ve seen. It is absolutely appalling! The General Practitioner should only be consulting and referring patients to hospitals and other departments and trying to decrease the number of patients by seeing each other quickly. It’s absolutely ludicrous and I am so appalled by the service.

I wish I never came here and had gone to Aster clinic. I am so appalled by the low standards. It’s ridiculous.

Very bad experience. Came at 3.30 in emergency with severe pain on neck and got the pain relief injection at 5.45pm for my wife. No coordination with Dr and nursing team. Dr doesn’t know which injection covered in insurance to prescribe. They made us to run around the clinic. We got the injection from outside pharmacy and went back to clinic to get the injection done. Finally we could see the competition between medical and para medical staffs making the patient to suffer. Staffs are not at all friendly doesn’t pass proper information to the patient. Hope this is final visit to this clinic unless there is no other option in future.

3 hours just to get consultation and a CBC blood report???? The waiting period is off limits and unbearable. Considering the patient’s state who is already not feeling well!!! The clinic is crammed like a fish market! They need to work on their operations big time. We left with the patient being worse infact!

Very very bad experience This is the sixth time u never get appt.. Specially pediatrician Abubaker.. .. The child falls more sick waiting for 3 to 4 hours walk Inn.
