  Very rude staff, especially Jonito, he was calling me and asking me “I have friends they already received their salary why u didnt received salary“ , for what i was shocked i said excuse me then he said “yes excuse you” and then last time he called me and told me -“YOU ARE SICK THATS WHY U FORGOT TO PAY “ i was shocked, i was so humiliated, Is this the way to call? who gave him the rights to talk in this way! The team leader is the same, very rude, covering her staff, saying that this is the way of collecting the debts. Her name is Mahan. Never saw this much rude not professional staff in my life.

  They keep on tgreatening me with court action for a DU account which I have never owned. I don't even know the person! No use calling their offices - done it many times and keep on getting calls and messages to pay! I am at my witt's end

  I had to wait for 2 hours till I got my documents and before that I had to call around 4 times in 3 hours to get in touch with the lawyer
