I met with Mrs Aparna Shaan. The first impression was amazing and full of ideas. After meeting more than 8 law firms I think I am capable of putting a review and this is my review. Me and my family will put another review once the case is cleared so you will know the complete experience.

Please note when you look for a lawyer look for someone who can be a kind of psychologist for you as you will be going through the stress of the case and everything will be new and stressful for you, so a lawyer with interpersonal skills is highly advised by me.

So super impressed uptill now.

We are using Al Safar on a case since April 2021.

I must say that so far we have been very disappointed with their service.

The response time is slow, there is no way to connect to the lawyer in charge (we were jot even informed who is dealing with our case, all emails are signed by Ms. Kavitha), when there is Zoom meeting, they do not turn up at all.

On our case, they have also overpromised and advised to take the longest and costliest possible route.

I do not know who is posting all these positive posts, but I would advise people not to trust these comments.

Ms. Naima assisted me with an amicable divorce settlement. It was quite a difficult case, but Ms. Naima was extremely professional, calm and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Filed case since april 2013 against sweet homes Before i did full payment they were very good, i paid full fees of dh 37,350/- in advance. That was my mistake. Not updating. Even they changed their email without updating client. After years i came to know when i visited their office. I thought people are loyal here. But its really depressing to see such companies.
Please help me if someone can.

Awful service ever, i didn't mind to pay extra money to get better service but unfortunately I've end up paying 3 times more than usual and no service. After i paid upfront for a contract they don't even answering their phone .. dont waste your time and money.. just go somewhere else.
