  خدمة تعيسة و توقع على الخدوش اللي فالسيارة و يوم ترجع السيارة يطلعون لك عيوب و خدوش قديمة انته ما سويتها، لانهم مش دقيقين في شغلهم ولا عندهم سجلات

  Worst experience with an inexperienced Manager Khalid.
  Problem is that he does not understands English, Arabic or Urdu but at the same time he feels that he is best. Apparently, he must be a driver in the same rent a car and by some approach must have been promoted to this level which is very clear that he is not able to digest this position. He is very proud to quote every one that I am a Manager of this Company though he could not justify this position at all in this company.
  Being a customer, I still tried to cut down the argument held with him but he was ensuring that last stroke should be his. No sense of responsibility, animal behavior, all of a sudden raise are very obvious in his personality.
  Request is to kindly not deal with him just deal with the staff or with the main Boss there.
