My family and i have been associated with this hospital for the last 8 years straight, one of my son was born here and the other had all his pre birth weeks checked and taken care by Doctor Bashar (Gyny) here. A very neat and clean, good location and good parking facility hospital with gracious staff and excellent pediatric doctors as well.

The worst place I went to in Abu Dhabi for medical care, as they totally don't care. They don't value time, appointments nor their customers. That don't even have a system to listen to complains

I believe this hospital has improved significantly after it has been took over by Mediclinic in term of skills and treatment of the doctors. I believe it is also well managed now and the treatment rooms, X ray, lab and other facilities are more efficient. Staff were aggressive and unfriendly before the took over. They are now nice and friendly. The hospital is better also in term of cleaning and hygiene.

From 1/Jan/2018 Mediclinic hospital not going to entertain the Daman basic card and unfortunately my wife have a delivery expected on 5/Jan/18. I ask the admission department about this query and they reply sorry we cannot do any thing its better you went for another hospital 🙁. Very disappointing answer from staff.
If they don’t accept this insurance card then why Daman still issue basic card.

I am so appreciative of the excellent care that I’ve received over the past year from the very caring and skilled teams at all levels and through all stages of care. Thank you for all you do!

ZERO STAR. Extremely poor customer services. Especially ENT Clinic reception. I had an appointment with Dr A.Al menhali at 6:15pm at 6.11.2017. I arrived there at 6:10pm. I gave my insurance to the lady sitting on reception but she preferred to remain on calling for long long time. Then I got to know that the actual receptionist was not there till 20 mints but i gave my insurance card and all information about apointment to a lady who was sitting there and waiting for 20 minutes.when receptionist came and still asking about with which doctor you have appointment? I said i m here from last 20 mints why you not checked in yet.he was loud n said if you do't want to check here you can go.he was illmannerd and uneducated person.mediclinic management please hire some educated people n teach ur staff how to talk to customers especially with ladies. All are egyption n syrian people sitting there with extremely poor dealing. I prefeted to leave without seeing the doctor and search for another hospital. right know i m in another hospital they facilitated me as walk in patient very nicely.
I was used to go Khalifa Street branch. They were much better than this branch. Also the services have become poorer with the change of name.

    0 stars to be accurate.
    No time management.
They did too so many test ( CAT scan, 2 x-ray, ultra sound) and they already know the result from the blood test.
They didn't give me the medicine until 12AM and I was there from 6AM.

They never ever respect their cusomers, you took an appointment at 3:00pm (for example), then you will see the doctor at 4:30pm. It seems that they gave appointments for everg one and in any time!!!!!

Please train your CS to give proper information to patients. Called Friday evening to enquire if Surgery Dept. is open on Saturday and clearly asked if I need to make an appointment or if I can go as a walk in patient since I already have a referral from GP Dr. CS replied that since I already have a referral, I can go straight to Surgery Dept. Went there Saturday morning, took my lab test results and headed straight to Surgery Dept. From there I was informed that I have to make an appointment since I'm a basic insurance card holder and that they can give me an appointment tomorrow! I asked if maybe they can reconsider as I was terribly suffering and to my dismay, the CS replied that I may go to another hospital because even if they list my name in the system, it will not be entertained since again, because of my "basic" insurance card.

I left and went to another hospital. Had an op the very same day, without waiting nor making an appointment, without them categorizing the kind of insurance card that I have because they knew the urgency of my case.

Now, where is your "personalized and compassionate" care that we, patients deserve? I didn't feel any.

If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would. They are complete garbage and extremely slow. I am the only one in the ER and have been here for over 2 hours only for them to do the wrong test on me and realize they needed to send me to another department. Dr. Hatim Altieb send as if he received his degree or if a cracker jack box. I wouldn't come here again if my life deepened on it.

Worst dental clinic ever: they really don't care about your pain. Better to go to a veterinary clinic, you'd feel more human there
Unpleasant experience dealing with staff. Very careless nurses. I had an excruciating tooth pain that the doctor decided to give me a unit of Paracetamol through veins. Nurses delivered the unit and vanished. The unit finished and blood started to come back through pipes. I remained like this for 30 minutes and I had to call somebody to remove the feeding needle.
Totally unprofessional reception and staff. I felt very sorry that I went to this hospital

Positive experience with pediatrics, walked in and saw a doctor within a 15 min. Got prescription we needed and very kind service. Doctor sent us to the lab for several tests, all very fast and clean, gentle phlebotomy nurse. Just did nuclear medicine test for my child, and extremely professional attention in that department as well. Can't complain, we were very pleased and lucky at this AL Noor hospital. Pharmacy takes a bit longer to get service, but not bad.
