  Very bad treatment. I did hydra facial but it was nothing like it should be. The person who did it, was hardly interested and was eager to finish the service. I have done this facial before and was so disappointed with this one. I am not returning here for sure.

  The laser itself is great and the technicians are good and it's a good price. However the receptionists are horrible. I do not recommend this place as the service from them is awful, I also made a formal complaint and the owner did nothing. They are so rude and act like you owe them. When paying for a service I expect a lot more. The only thing I go back for is the laser technicians and the convenience of how close it is to where I live.

  I cant believe how everyone is agreeing on the bad treatment of the receptionist!!! I remember i tried being nice to her 3 times (face to face and on the phone), but every time i got a very bad attitude from her. I sent an official complaint and they ignored it. Once she ended up yelling at me. Can’t believe such bad service exists in the UAE. We in the UAE are known for good customer/patient service.

  Worst place ever, do not go here unless you want to be treated badly. Horrible service and horrible owner. The only good thing about this place was the laser technicians who made the experience better, however without their kindness the clinic lacks professionalism or proper customer service. They fail to confirm appointments then proceed to blame you for it. If you purchase a groupon with them, and a circumstance was to happen that made you cancel, you will end up having that session deducted.
  There are much better clinics.

  I am on my second session for laser hair removal with Christine. First of all, the procedure is very effective. I could hardly believe how little hair grew back after the first (and I paid for 5 total through groupon). Christine is very warm, friendly, and good at what she does. A stellar experience all-around!
