I recently visited the hospital as i have severe tooth pain,i consulted Dentist Dr.Zoeb Kachwala, he suggested me to get my wisdom tooth removed, i have undergone the treatment and got my tooth removed with negligible pain and thanks to Dr Zoeb.

It’s worst clinic I ever seen, I was suffering from high fever n this clinic was near to me I was waiting in que and one man came and told me to come in the evening there are too many now I argued but didn’t listen to me very inhuman people out there.. don’t no how did they get license under dubai government running clinics just for money very inhuman

They have only one GP here. My wife waited for 2 hours and 20 mins after which she has been attended. That signifies poor service as you cannot make patients wait for so long. Advising against visiting this Clinic in particular.

Horrible and Pathetic service. Untrained staff and zero system. Average wait time of 2 hours. No questions entertained. You have to pay first even if you have insurance. People have absolutely zero idea.

Al Musalla Medical Centre, also known as Prima Care Speciality Clinic part of an AVIVO Group Enterprises. I think one of the finest Clinics in town, in particular Dr John Marshal MD. GP has one of the coolest attitude, friendly, understanding and explains what your are going through and helping the patient one of the best i have seen.

Its a waste of time to go there! Staff and all nurses and even the dr are not so accomodating and helful!. i have to wait for 5 hours for nothing! You can see to them no interest and no concern to help you! The rate should be zero!!

Very disappointed with the services they provide as they do not value a patient's time.it took hours and finally I was told to get the medicine,however the pharmacist denied saying that the staff made a mistake in the form and directed me back to the 6th floorafter describing this issue to a nurse in the reception, she agreed to make the correction but as expected took her own sweet time as she was busy gossiping with her peers.finally after getting the prescription corrected,when i went back to the pharmacy which is in the M floor,the pharmacist again denied saying the staffs did not issue all of the papers required and so I was once again redirected to the 6th floor reception..It was almost 7:30pm by then.hence,after being in the medical center For more than four hours (since 3:30pm in the afternoon) I, literally had no energy and patience..And when I went back to the counter(in the 6th floor ) I was again been asked to wait for the doc which seemed impossible for me as it would again take another few hours .after coming straight from the work and spent the whole time in the medicalI was totally exhausted.and moreover the staffs behaved as if they don't care.they just responded me saying it was their careless but they didn't show any empathy neither they were bothered about me and my time..I did not wait for a single moment then.and left the clinic without taking any medicines that was prescribed by my doc.it was the first and worst experience ever for methey have pathetic customer service and irresponsible staffs..would never suggest anyone to go their for their treatment!!

I often visit the centre for medical check ups. I find the doctors there very warm n professional. They make us feel comfortable n hear out our problems. Charges are also competitive . I trust my family with them
