Stayed at Al Massa Hotel for one night found the stay very uncomfortable the room very dirty . House keeping might have overlooked this room. Bed linen straightened but not changed from previous guest. No towels in bathroom had to call reception to get some. Shower was barely warm water. I strongly would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will not go back there again.

Our 1 day stay experience from this hotel is ok. If you are looking for a place to stay for a night that is within your budget, you can choose this place. Hotel is clean and its location is great and is accessible. Accommodating and friendly staff that will provide your request if it is within the means of the hotel. Just a tip: ask for a kettle set upon checkin and don't expect for a gym and indoor/outdoor pool as they don't have one. Better to checkin if you are in a group and not alone, especially for ladies.

It is not suggested for a family stay as there is many ladies looking around for spending night for cash and it is more into a bachelor life style than a family life style! In a nicer words it is a place to pay and get service and I was shocked to find such place in Al Ain but any ways every one have a different view of life so it is good for people whom searching for a limited time partner to spend time and have fun for a temporary period of time and pay for the service! If you are couple or family person I would not suggest your stay! But if you are a bachelor male then give it a try and stay. Ladies Ladies if you are alone and thinking to spend a night in this hotel I dont suggest at all because then you should not complain if you got harassed by words of passers ! Over all the hotel in a good place for a temporary stay of single male whom have no female partner and searching for a one night stand! So end of the day it is your call ! But hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel cleanness is 6 out of 10 but the room lighting is so low which gives you a romantic environment. Enjoy your stay.

I hope this review will get appeal to authorized person, based on my own experience yesterday, it was horrible, not with the place but how ms. Receptionist namely charrise approached to the guests (us), filipinos are hospitable because thats our nature but with her, she is not courteous, polite, warm welcome even smile at all, i dont wanna generalized. Hire people with good attitude, experience can be learned, enhanced, either knowledge can.

To be honest, I had a good experience at this hotel. Stayed here for 2 weeks and never had a complaint. The staff was very nice, friendly. Whenever I had questions they helped me quickly. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom also very nice. The only thing I didn't like is, that the house keepers sometimes were ringing at my door very early in the morning, I was still sleeping but when I opened the door, they all had a big smile on their face :) That was a funny image. But in general the experience was good with Al MASSA.
