Always a nice stay. Rooms are clean, spacious and organized. Got a room with a view one time and it didn't disappoint both day time and night time. Some amenities like dental kits or shaving kits are not given in case you forgot to bring but sure you can ask. Water from sink, bath and shower may be murky at the first time you use it but I love that the shower is separate from the bath. Looking forward to try their pool next time as it seems to be busy most times.

Nice stay overall. Confortable room with large washroom and balcony. Ask upon checkin for City View 👌
A few flaws in terms of room cleaningness however the Night Manager was very professional and changed our room.
Breakfast had good variety of dishes, not crowded and live egg station.
Interior courtyard swimming pool and a great gym.
Very conveniently located attached to the Hili Mall where you can find nice restaurants and cafes. It is very close to Hili Oasis as well which is a recommended place to visit.response / report this review -

Hotel in Alain city (southern of UAE), staff are nice, the time I visited the room service was satisfactory at all. I mentioned the same to the management, I hope now it is Okay.

Crappiest hotel ever. The room isn't clean. In room dining was not what I ordered. The water in the toilet is yellow, because it's rusted as it seems. Staff is not motivated. Old furniture. Poor service. My deposit was not returned to me. Super crappy hotel.

It's the best hotel ever. Nice staff nice welcoming and caring. But they need to add more channels because it's doesn't have many channels like Rayhaan in Abu Dhabi. I usually watch foreign channels like KBS.. The breakfast it's nice but i hope they put mini honey so you can take it with you to your table instead of pouring it on your plate.. Everything is super nice it deserves to be 5 star hotel am coming again for the third time

Location: It's outside the city, which is good if you don't want to waste time with the hundreds of roundabouts in the city and escape the noise. You're next to Buraimi, and can see the borderpost and villas on Oman's side, which was nice. Finally, the best bit, the hotel is connected to Hili Mall, which has a Lulu hypermarket too, should you choose to do some shopping after checking-in. And the parking is underground and hence, your vehicle remains cool and protected.
Facilities:
The room came with a decent-sized balcony, overlooking the city, the washroom had a tub and a shower and also had a Muslim shower/bidet, which was a welcome change from your usual hotels and there was also an ironing board with an iron. We got to use their kettle too for soup and hot cocoa and the beds were comfortable and just right.
There's a decent-sized swimming pool, but the kid's area could be bigger.
The Food/Half-Board:
You'd be forgiven for thinking Elements is a proper restaurant and not a dinner buffet, where they would ask if you needed anything, and made sure we were happy with the food, and even offered to make french fries for my daughter since she's a picky eater.
We were amazed to find the following items: apple crumble, bakhlava, beef stir fry, beef vindaloo, biryani rice with cashew nuts, biscuits, butter chicken, chocolate fondue with assorted dips, cold mezzeh, grilled chicken, lamb masala, mahalabiya, mushroom and peas masala gravy, nasi goreng rice, noodles, spinach soup, spring rolls, a sushi bar, strawberry pie, sweet and sour fish, tandoori chicken tikka, tandoori roti, tom yum soup, and many types of dessert items such as sego pudding, rice cakes with jaggery
, umme ali and various cakes such as opera and praline cake.
For breakfast, we were greeted with baked beans, balaleet, boiled eggs, bread sticks, chicken sausages, different cuts of processed meat and cheeses, different types of cakes, croissants, Danish pastries, muffins, banana cake, breads and a huge variety of cheeses, foul medamas, fresh watermelon, grapefruit, orange and carrot juice, fruit and vegetable salad, fruit compote, Karak Chai (tea), made to order omelette, many types of cereal, potato wedges, scrambled eggs, shakshouka, tomato with herbs, turkey bacon, various yoghurts, vegetable ratatouille and various flavours of detox water. Oh, and a pancake and waffle station with bottomless condiments in the form of M&Ms, Oreos, syrups peanut butter and Nutella chocolate. Your kids will thank you.
Which is why I don't understand why the previous visitors thought the food could do with more variety? Maybe they're used to substandard Eid buffets that are noisy and disorganised but this restaurant was a welcome change and I'm glad we went for the half-board option.
This review has made me want to visit them again, and just stay for the food.
Employees who were awesome:
Honeylen was very helpful during Check-In and Check-Out and very professional. We were amazed at being bumped to a room with a balcony with a choice of views. Also, the dinner and breakfast staff were very helpful and kind, and so were the people and security who greeted us when we were entering and leaving, with Arabic coffee and dates.response / report this review -

I regularly use the gym here because it is close to my residence and the have special prices for adec teachers. The gym is adequately equipped and there is a swimming pool , sauna and jacuzzi.

Great staff, friendly, helpful, just adorable. Cleaning staff: Franz the two Nigerian Cleaners were absolutely stunning. The I.T Guy, Elbrian is a real star, Johna and Herzel deserves a promotion gor their brilliant interpersonal skills.

Nice and luxurious Hotel at an excellent and calm location. It has an internal access to the Hili mall.
The pictures here are for Classic Twin Room with city view.
In this hotel the city view rooms are better than the pool view.
The washroom has a shower place as well as a bathtub.
The swimming pool is not very deep, it is max 1.5 m.
Various dishes of food were available at breakfast.

When my wife's family comes to visit I'd put them here. The reason being is that yes it is a nice hotel but it is directly connected to Hili mall. If they needed to get groceries, go to a clinic, pharmacy, or basic shopping/eating it's all there. Very convenient.
