Ordered parts for my car 2 years ago and had it shipped to my address in Dubai with no issues. Tried to order parts again recently, however, now, they do not ship to the UAE. I find this stupid and silly knowing that the actual shop is located in Sharjah, UAE (20 minutes from my place), yet, they will not ship WITHIN their own country. Local pickup is not available as well. I don't mind paying extra for shipping, I'm sure others don't mind as well, as long as we get the parts, and they get the extra cash.. What a big disappointment.

There is nothing on the website stating that they stopped shipping to the UAE or KSA because of the VAT. They claim that they announced that but on the News page there is no update, except for a 'Happy New Year 2018' comment.

I regret doing business with these people! They do not do honest business, please avoid them! After i ordered a $10 piece of plastic , and $12 to ship it, from them on Ebay. I found out that it was the wrong piece for my vehicle! I contacted them on their website and i experienced the most ignorant dead end customer service in my life! They said why should we accept responsibility for your mistake? After i asked them for an exchange over and over they just stop replying to my messages! Now i am stuck with a vehicle part i have no use for! Are they on this business just to take peoples money? Yes! Do they care about keeping customers happy? No! Please do not buy anything from this company because they don’t care about your satisfaction! All they care is about taking your money! These people should be ashamed of themselves!

Very happy with service and would highly recommend to others. I used the VIN number parts finder to ensure parts were correct for my model and found it to be a an easy to use, very intuitive system.

Quick international shipping too (exactly a week from order placement until it was at my door in Australia)

Only recommendation would be some communication on items not in stock - the two items I wanted most were not available and simply didn't get shipped. I received a refund which is great however I would happily have waited longer for the parts if given the option.
