However our Toyota customer service guys or car sellers are realllllly bad they need to courses on how to treat the customers after selling a car

Its like buy from me and F off i dont know u anymore
They dont even bother to explain the car Features they ignored me as soon as they handed me the key 😂😂😂😂
Happened to alot of my friends as well who bought from here

Once you Garuntee the Customers you can do whatever you want

very bad experience, they are non-professional, once you purchase a new car, they will add GAP 2 and scratch protection and tyre protection insurance without asking, and it will increase the price.

I called to inquire about the cost of the major service for the Lexus cars, I was informed of the value of AED 3100 .

When I arrived at maintenance department and after more than Twenty minutes of waiting , They told me that the cost is 8800 dirhams !!

Without seeing the car!!

When I asked why this big difference in price?the worker told me that in the Call Center they do not have the experience, and I know what is the major service for your car needed !!

There is no credibility, and without any bills only write prices from his head

I ordered battery terminal for my fortuner and the parts salesman suddenly hung-up as I was saying i'll be picking the part at 5:00. Before I can even say thank you. Even before he should say thank you. Happended to me twice already. The guy is from India, unfortunately I didn't get his name.

Dropped my car for service, one of the drivers working there had an accident with my car and scratched it. Accidents happen but the upside is that the customer service was excellent. Car was finished in timely manner and most parts were replaced. Ask for Mohammed Ali.

Not the best, but this is what we got. If you have a good service advisor (like: Sam Kihara, or Vasant) then you might have a little bit of a good service. Otherwise, it is what it is.
