They are easy to deal with and offer the best market price. They will even bring the car to you without any extra charge. You do of course have to return the car back yourself. I also found my file record that was missing and they kept it all the days, and returned it to me intact.

I have rented from this office for a year and a half. Very helpful and best deals in the city from a trusted office. Great staff And very considerate. The deposit was given back with no issues. I highly recommend them.

[UPDATED REVIEW]
I left the UAE with Al Emad still keeping my deposit. Although I was abroad and couldn't do anything, Mr. Farruk and the rest of the team always responded to my messages and kept me informed throughout the process until eventually I got my deposit back in full, just as promised!
After almost a year dealing with them, I am absolutely certain that choosing this company to rent with was the best choice I made for peace of mind and I will definitely go through them the next time I'm in the UAE.

Professional service and competitive prices. The cars are new and in good shape. I've been renting with them for several months and I'm satisfied. They don't require a credit card if you are like me and don't have one.

They always ask for your permission before taking a payment (monthly) and you can call anytime for help. The only problem for me is that they don't have partners in other cities for maintenance if you don't live in Dubai but that's not a big deal.

They are very quick to hire the car but appalling at after care. I understand keeping a deposit for a set period, but the customer should have it returned on the agreed date with ease. I have made 18 answered and unanswered calls in the space of a week and still the deposit hasn’t been returned!

DO NOT RENT! Worst rental company!! They gave me a dirty car on multiple occasions. They promise you to pick up and drop off free then they charge you for the service. The staff speaks to u in the worst manner ever. They lie about car availability when u want to change the car. Their cars are malfunctioning. Oh and they say open 24 hours with a head office ready to serve u incase of an emergency but they actually close @7pm. So if you are on a trip to anywhere across the Emirates and something happens after 7pm you have to wait till next day.

Please pay an extra 100 dhms anywhere like hertz or national for 247 convenience and professional support. We have 3 cars rented from them for over a year and they treat us that way. At first they may seem friendly and assisting but you will discover otherwise with time. To add, 1000 dhms deposit for 1 month!!! Even if u want a temp rental for a day or 2!!!

I love how all the 5 star ratings are from their staff!!!! Please be careful.

terrible service, The indian worker there ALI , is being disrespectful towards me knowing I'm a young woman, i want to see him talk to a man older then him, this way. He cants stop sending me negative messages. They over charge on fines and all their cars beep non stop when going over 120km/h. I wouldn't suggest this, any other american company is much better.

THE WORSE CAR RENTAL PLACE IN THE UAE - This place should be shut down - cars are all damaged and smell like a dumpster - RTA should do a full check on this place half these cars should not be on the roads! Staff members have no manners whatsoever! Overall NEVER rent from these guys!

These guys are the worst! Horrible cars that either never start or are absolutely filthy. Staff abuse customers. Most recently Ali insisted I pay for the charges of changing the battery as their car would not start! Ridiculous behaviour and claims I am being dishonest. With such staff and cars, won't be surprised if these guys shut shop soon. Ali has the audacity to harass me about this payment and calls me repeatedly. AGAIN THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST. Stay away!

Bad experience with these guys- cars are old and dirty. They claim for Dubious scratches and bumps not shown on damage reports and then charge excessive amounts for supposed repair!

Imagine the worst car rental company and then multiply it by x 10. First of all there's almost no e-mail communication with those people (thery're using 1 email, several people sitting in the office - I guess doing facebook or something) so don't bother to send any emails since they won't reply. Majority of cars (had few of them) are all scratched with stains on the interior and sometimes even they want to rent you a car without working tail light (and then they're all surprised that customer wants a car which is actually in good condition).

Apart from crappy fleet - always they bring cars with almost NO FUEL. Is it really so hard to top it up since the customer will return it with the same amount? Of course - for Al Emad Cars Rental it's impossible.

I could easily write several stories about this company and the pain I had because of renting cars from them, however it's better to put this as "long story short": AVOID THEM! Don't waste your life with those guys. Cars are poor, prices are above the average and the customer service is on the ground level (can't be lower).
