  Literally the worst rental car service. After 10 months of renting with them, there is not even room for a discount negotiation of 100AED. Awful 👎

  The girl at the counter, pilipno lady, was so stupid and ridiculous!! There was no customer service at all! I have USA and Korean driver's license which won't be any problems to rent a car but she was asking me to go to Korean embassy to get an translation document. I of course showed her my passport, but she didnt care. Her attitude made me so angry too. How come that kind of person is working there
