👍Well located hotel complex close to ski locker and lift. The restaurant staff is amazing providing daily different good /outstanding food buffets. Rooms size are ok but could need a small refresh.

We have now stayed at the hotel for three years on a row..it’s not cheap hotel as we only have one holiday a year..this year as been shocking as the food is cold and it’s not case off last minute meal we are normally there about 8pm
The choice as got worse over years..as we say not a cheap hotel
Our best bit was we was entering the hotel one night behind a couple and there is automatic doors and doors shut on my wife I tried to push her out the way and doors caught her arm..the door cracked and my wife screamed. The door man then approached me as said I will after pay for it..NOT HOW WAS MY WIFE.no one asking how she is.we then got a bill for 350 euro
Or said they would call the police.my wife could not ski for the rest of the holiday
Everyone we talk to about this is shocked
We paid the bill

Great hotel, junior suites have free spa access which is great after a day on the slopes. Close to the Gondola station so easy to get the first lift up.

Sport hotel Hermitage & spa *****
Amazing hotel ! All the staff are incredibly friendly especially the staff in arrels restaurant (Daniel, Miguel and Robert).
Great rooms with fantastic view of the slopes.
5 minutes walking distance from the gondola.
Wifi in the rooms ! :)
The Spa is amazing, you have to be at least 14 to enter but as long as you are mature and quiet they are flexible.
The food was fantastic and it is definitely worth trying the arrels restaurant which is a michelin star restaurant ( amazing !!)
All in all a great hotel and I would definitely go back there if I travelled back to Soldeu.
