This place is outstanding
The people can't do enough for you, lovely . Food is five star. Rooms are imaculate and very warm and inviting

The hotel is right beside the slopes. The double room is quite small but it is what you would expect/ require for a ski holiday. The staff are really nice. I enjoyed the food for half board.

Went in for a couple of drinks. The restaurant manager was really friendly and was happy to answer our questions about the resort. Didn't stay here but it looked like a really nice place.

It was amazing! The apartment is right on the slopes, the ski/snowboard locker rooms are huge, (and fit up to 6 pairs of boots in them), the rooms are far better than 3 stars and the snowboard/ski rental is literally (not even joking) DIRECTLY next to the main entrance of the Hotel! Room service is lovely, the bartenders, receptionists, etc, are kind and caring for your needs! Will definitely come back with the Crystal Ski reps to the 290km worth of slopes! 👍

Exellent hotel right on the slope side, staff are very very friendly and very helpful to any needs will recommend this hotel to anyone!!

L'emplacement et les infrastructures de l'hôtel sont très bien. Le personnel est très accueillant.
Le gros point négatif, c'est sa fréquentation. L'hôtel accueil régulièrement des groupes de jeunes touristes venus majoritairement pour s'alcooliser. Résultat, nous avons passé une semaine de vacances durant laquelle on nous a réveillé toutes les nuits.
Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour un séjour en famille.response / report this review -

El restaurante muy flojo. A pie de pista, pero en hora punta tardan demasiado. Con los camareros solo puedes hablar en inglés
