Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are large comfortable. The spa was a welcome after a long day of snowboarding. Free shuttle transfers to the piste.

Great place to stay if you want to ski in Andorra.
The pro's: great food, friendly staff, Nice rooms and a shuttle service to the slopes.
The small cons: the spa is rather expensive and has limited access for families, the bar service was slow and the shuttle service back to the hotel was chaotic (but that's not the hotel's fault)
Overall we had a great ski trip and will definately come again!

We are so happy with this hotel. Perfect room for 2 adults & 2 Kids, great kids club, very nice pool/spa/gym, the breakfast & diner buffets were delicious, the staff and service was friendly, warm and professional. The only thing that would have been better, was if the use of the pool/spa area was not an extra cost. We will be back.

Hotel is great! Rooms (furniture) need updating but beds and rooms are clean. The choice of food in the dining room/restaurant is also great! 👍🏿👍🏿

It's the second time we have stayed here and would come back again without question. Food is excellent, bedrooms are very comfortable and free Wi fi throughout the hotel. It's a short walk to the centre of Soldeu for those wanting to ski and a free shuttle bus is available if you want to wait for it. The bus is busy first thing so be prepared to wait. We have got lockers near the bubble so we leave all our ski kit there and walk up and down in comfy shoes. Gives your legs a chance to stretch before strapping on your ski boots.

Great skiing resort, especially for beginners. The ski school is great and there is an abundance of easy routs. The view from the dining room in this hotel is amazing.
