À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'être surclassés. Nous avons donc séjourné au Diana Parc Hotel. Très belle chambre, les buffets petit-déjeuner sont copieux avec un large choix, le spa est agréable. Seul petit bémol, la vue depuis notre chambre : un mur. Une vue sur la montagne aurait été parfait. Très bon hôtel !

El hotel esta bien, la comida no es gran cosa , la habitacion esta muy bien con una cama muy grande.
El problema esta cuando se llena el hotel, no estan preparados para un hotel lleno.
Spa siempre lleno
No hay espacio en el parking

La meva estada a estat al setembre en règim de "tot inclòs", i puc dir que està força bé, les habitacions netes, modernes.
Hi pots portar el teu gos (jo n'he portat els dos meus)
Et netejen l'habitació sempre que els gossos no hi siguin, per lo que els has d'avisar quan estigui buida l'habitació.
L'aparcament es gratuït per als clients i està just devant de l'hotel, descobert; Si el vols cobert al mateix edifici, has de pagar 10€ diaris que no està gens malament.
Els bufets de menjar bé, variats, amb diferents plats i en general de bona qualitat.
El personal atents, amables i servicials.
En general una via experiència.

Nos trataron muy bien en el hotel, y cuando fuimos tenían un pack con diferentes actividades muy interesantes en el hotel, mi mujer y yo quedamos muy contentos con la experiencia de quedarnos allí un fin de semana y hacer rutas por la zona, en verano Andorra es espectacular también.

Just coming out of a 4 starts hotel in El Tarter, we booked 3 rooms in this hotel which was more expensive than the first one. The hotel is in a nice location and looks great from the outside. There is only a tiny car park compared to the size of the hotel, you'll have to park about a 800 yards away from the hotel.
The rooms are fairly small, the bathrooms are not good looking (quite terrible actually), no power socket near the bed, but the beds are literally amazing, don't remember having such a good bed in a hotel. It says on the website that all the rooms has got wifi but in reality, is doesn't work at all (not able to refresh my e-mail).
The hotel is very big and was packed, it took us more than 5 minutes to come back to our rooms with two differents lifts. When comes the breakfast, the whole restaurant area is packed and the food is not amazing.
The Hotel offers many services, including a swimming pool way too small for the amount of people staying in the hotel, a nice lounge bar (very pricey), a SPA and a cool playroom with bowling, table football, pool etc.
Overall, we've been disappointed with this hotel which clearly doesn't deserve 4 stars but maybe 2 or 3. The whole hotel feels quite "cold" and it's too expensive for what it is.response / report this review -

Muy recomendable para cualquier época del año. Las instalaciones son perfectas y las habitaciones muy cuidadas.
El Spa es pequeño, pero muy tranquilo.
La comida del buffete es muy buena con una gran variedad y no se repite todos los días. Cada año repetimos 1 fin de semanaresponse / report this review
