  Great hotel with good food (even though it was buffet). They have a chef counter where they will cook certain dishes to your liking.
  Rooms were clean but you did have to put the 'clean my room' sign up for it to happen.
  Spa was very expensive £40 for a family of 4 for 1 hour.
  Downstair bowling and games was ideal and you can visit this bit, even if you are not a guest.

  For a 4 star hotel the rooms are surprisingly spartan but warm and comfortable. Do not go half board, the food is very poor with the cheapest cuts of meat, lots of stews, pig trotters etc. The staff are hit and miss, some bent over backwards to make your stay comfortable, others would tut when asked a question.

  Stayed for two nights recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. Spa was good, breakfast buffet busy but well provisioned and hotel clean and staff helpful. We didn't eat lunch or dinner in but there were plenty of good restaurants and bars in Arinsal. The basement car park was interesting and the pool slightly colder than we were expecting!

  good food and close to the gondola. And only €2.5 for a pint of San Miguel. Cheaper than home !!

  The hotel is great .The food is delicious especially in the mornings because you can get crepes ,omlet ,croissants many delicious food

  It is not a 4 star hotel, if you are generous it would be a 3 star.
  No plugs near the bed. Windows are very low quality and you can here the road. Bathrooms are very old. Bad internet connection.
