Nice relaxed hotel, be better if reception wasn't the only place you can fm get WiFi
Nice staff, clean and spacious rooms, ski equipment rental in the hotel. Jacuzzi and sauna are a definitely a plus! Free bus service to nearest pistas.
Should give out jellies at dinner and dont put drinks in glass if asked not to do so
Terrible, filthy smelly hotel in desperate need of a revamp, a good walk uphill to main gondola and nightlife
Spent 2 great ski holidays here and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Lovely people great skiing you can't go wrong.
Nice family friendly
Friendly and clean, most speak English. But of a trek to Arinsal gondola, but the free bus helps
Hope to return back soon
Nice people and good service.
CafeterÃa service missing.
Stayed at Sant Gothard for a weekend and since I arrival my stay was far from great. After waiting quite a long time for checking in and then around 30min for the check in itself, I was told by the hotel receptionist - very rude and unprofessional - that I couldn't pronounce my own name and that's why he couldn't find my reservation (he had the reservation email and my passport) ..when I got the room there weren't enough towels (other guests were complaining about it also)
Complimentary wifi is a joke. Works around 20 minutes a day at a very slow speed.
Breakfast buffet (10eur) was actually good, however the Dinner buffet (21eur) was awful, one of the worst meals I ever had.
Overal, the hotel has a very bad service and ok accommodation.
My family and I came with a group of friends for a skiing holiday. We were given a very small room so asked for a larger one. Got charged €16 extra per night when pretty much everyone of our friends rooms were that same large size or bigger. When questioning the extra charge hotel management told us it was our bad luck! When checking out and paid we did state how unprofessional we felt their comment was, their reply was "don't come back then!" . Guess we will not Anyone planning on staying there, do not expect to receive much care and politeness.
