WiFi doesn't work, shower flooded the bathroom, rooms are tiny, key cards snap easily, the balcony is soaked and water is dripping from the roof.

Amazing place highly recommend it. I spent 3 nights here to go skiing and everything was great. The open buffet food was great, the staff really friendly as well. Also, when you check out, you can still leave your stuff, go ski and come back and shower in a shared shower area at no extra charge. The distance to the ski lift is not bad just a few minutes of walk. The rooms were clean and tidy as well. The water was really hot too which is great.

Nice affordable with great breakfast. A bit noisy from the street when cars are racing up and down. No ac makes it a bit hot in the summer and you have no choice but to have the doors open therefore you will wake up every now and then from the cars racing.

For the price, it was a very good stay. Nice restaurant with generous buffet for both breakfast and dinner. On the other hand, the double bed was coming apart and the equipment was a bit impractical, with some unpleasant smell from the drain.

El hotel es sencillo pero está bien equipado. La habitación en la que estuvimos era amplia y la cama era cómoda. Limpieza correcta y personal amable.

Отель понравился, полностью соответствует своим 3*. Номер у нас был 404, большой, с двумя балконами и большим санузлом. Очень теплый и уютный. Достаточно места для хранения вещей.
Питание хорошее, но однообразное. За неделю устали от омлета на завтрак.
Персонал приветливый.
В отеле имеются бесплатные шкафчики для хранения лыж, депозит за ключ 10 евро, который потом возвращается.
Сам городок очень уютный. До столицы 10 минут на автобусе L5/L6. Oстановка сразу возле отеля.response / report this review -

I have stayed at consecutive years for skiing and if you are looking for a great value of the money, it would be a great option. the rooms are okey, clean, however beds could be quite hard. at reception every time Cecila has an extra smile for the guests :)

Good price/value! Very close to cable car, just 2 mins of walk. Friendly staff. This is an old hotel and will comply with your needs for a ski pass, room, bed and breakfast. Dont look for a luxury experience.

The only one think which is ok is the price - like in many andorran hotels the 3 star rating is overestimated.
The furniture are old, hotel has very special artificial smell and another thing which is not visible in the pics: terrible noise which is almost all the time in the center of la Massana.response / report this review -

This hotel was excellent value for money. Good location (only cost me 10 euros from the bus station) well maintained hotel with friendly staff and an amazing view!
