  Situació ideal pels què esquien,davant del telecabina, i pels que no, al centre de La Massana. Molt bones instal·lacions i esmorzar. Tracte genial pel part del personal

  Very cute rural hotel. I have no complaints: clean rooms, good renovation, hot water, internet, heating- all without fails. Breakfast is nice too. Did not go to the spa, so cant review it. Location is perfect for skiing and if you are traveling by car its also close to the capital and shopping

  Perfect location directly next to the cable car. I had a skiing accident and staff at the reception was just incredibly supportive.

  Un hotel familiar y perfecto para pasar unos días tranquilo. El telecabina está a 10 metros de la puerta principal. Lo mejor del hotel es la comida y el trato del personal.

  Para los que vamos a esquiar. Esta de lujo. A 1 minuto andando al telecabina para subir a pistas.

  Porque no hay más estrellas. Yo le pondría dos o tres más. Hotel muy acogedor. Servicio muy atento y agradable al trato. Las comidas de primera. No creo que pueda encontrar un hotel en el que repita tantas veces como en este. Es la segunda vez y volveré más.

  Great staff at the restaurant! Tirasimu is absolutely fantastic! Francesco and Samuel were really helpful and paying close attention to us.
  Spa is also great for apres-ski period, but be aware it is not included on the standard room cost! Same thing for cheese at the restaurant. Hotel needs to improve communication/transparency of these costs for customers.
  Anyway, great location, good food, relaxing Spa facilities and nice staff.
