Great place to stay right next to ski lift. Small spa area but good between 7/8. Overall good exp

If they want to be 4 star hotel so at least they should put double bed in every room instead two single beds that have wheels and can't stand still. And clinging stuff are not professional at all. Too pricey for what you getting. ..

Hemos estado alojados esta semana y solo podemos hablar muy bien de todos los servicios del hotel y más aún de su personal. La restauración y área de fitness es excelente y las habitaciones cómodas y confortables. Permiten mascotas y se nota que les gustan.
Además hemos tenido un problema familiar teniendo que volver un día antes y todo han sido facilidades. Volveremos al Magic La Massana la próxima vez que vengamos a Andorra. Lo recomiendo totalmente.response / report this review -

I am sorry to say this was a terrible experience.
The common room temperature was 28 degrees. At night not much cooler. And there is no way of cooling the room.
The traffic noise will keep you up most of the night. Same goes for yelling and screaming of the visitors of the nearby bar.
There is nothing Irish about the advertised Irish pub downstairs, where the service is as bad as it gets.
Furthermore, the staff seems not to care about anything. Just serving their hours and waiting to get home after shift ends.
I would not have te nerve to advertise a place like this with four stars. Most likely this is a made up rating of a fake (or very corrupted) organisation.
So on a final note i would advise you to read the overly positive ratings on this page very carefully as most of them might very well be fake too.response / report this review -

Although the location is very convenient next to the gondola to Pal Ski Resort, i would not recommend this hotel. It is very noisy - kids screaming all over the place until well late in the night. Walls between rooms are so thin you can hear everything the neighbors are saying/doing (I'll skip the details on that part).
The swimming pool area is very nice, but NOT INCLUDED in the price of the room. Add 3 euros a person. Not is it mentioned anywhere on the website that bathing cap/flip flops are mandatory (another 3 euros each if you fail to show up without them). Forget spending a nice, quiet and relaxing moment there though kids are screaming there too and no one was there to tell them otherwise.
The size of the TV was comparable to the screen of my laptop forget HD though they do have a few international channels.
Let me simply finish by saying that when booking a 4 star hotel, one would expect a certain level of service and comfort. I am in my thirties, experienced traveler and not used to high class hotels. I had chosen what seemed to be an upscale option for a romantic week end getaway and was very disappointed.
