Average at best. I would not recommend this vet unless you enjoy seeing your animal being mistreated. The receptionist in particular should be sent to the back to do her admin in peace since customers seem to keep interrupting her important "work". The phone is never answered unless it's the answering machine telling you they are closed for the Easter weekend two weeks after Easter. A full review is forthcoming.

I used to go to that clinic, but one Saturday my pet was hit by a car during their closed hours. Tried phoning the emergency number, which gave me an answering machine telling me to phone another number for emergencies. Their emergency room(?) was located quite far for emergencies. We found another vet in the area. They were immediately available. Their operating hours were much better, and the staff felt warm and welcoming.
At Zwartkop Animal Clinic the staff felt.. impersonal. To them, I was another human that owned an animal, and not a person with a "family member".

I have supported this clinic for a number of years for precisely one reason, the location. This low rating is in not a reflection on the vets who are, in general, fairly decent, nothing special though. The fact is, the vast majority of my interaction has been with the receptionist/cashier lady who is appalling and unbelievably rude. The manner in which this repugnant woman addressed me on a number of occasions left me questioning why I support this business at all. I have seen her interact with other customers very cordially which makes me think it's probably a race thing (sorry, just being honest). Thankfully I never have to go to this place ever again as a new vet has opened in my area.
