This is "The" place to go for the best care for your pets. All the staff but especially the Vets are just so caring and they absolutely love your pets.

Sorry to say but had two very unpleasant experiences with them! # 1 completely misdiagnosed our pets' condition as a tummy infection of sorts, which was actually Distemper confirmed by another vet (Lakeside kept her for 2 nights, and not in an isolated ward!!??) unfortunately she had to be put down afterwards! #2 arrived with a bird who fell out of its nest and in a desperate attempt to help this bird took it there and the receptionist was rude and just telling me that they can't help and I must just "Google it" in order to find a place that can!? You suppose to be vet because you want to help animals and can at least make a professional attempt to direct someone in the correct direction.
From my personal experience I highly discourage future clients from taking their beloved pets there!response / report this review -
