Hi !
I've been with xtra space Durban central for the past 5 years and to date have enjoyed my stay even though my unit size has fluctuated from time to time . Management have been accommodating in all aspects and have always ensured that all goes hassle free.
Many thanks to Melany since the take over from Jostine for all her assistance in making my stay at her branch very comfortable in all aspects . Note that the communal business centre has been very convenient and that the security of knowing that all is well makes life simpler.
Thanks to Xtra space for such a great concept!

Absolute pleasure working with all the staff at Xtraspace and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facility!!! Staff were always friendly and accommodating..and Melony and Velile were superstars throughout me using Xtraspace :-)

If anyone has noticed this "2 star" review, please accept my apologies I wasn't aware that this rating was submitted as I had issues with my phone's touch screen and really only ever did a Google search for their details when I wanted to give someone the street address. I do have a unit with XtraSpace and the service received to date has been pleasing. The premises are also always well maintained and staff is polite. It is also impressive is that they do care about customer experience as I had a lady call me to try to ascertain how they could improve my experience following my Google review I was "sure" she had called the wrong person as I was unaware of this Google review but did indeed figure out what had occurred after all. All the best with your storage decisions I would recommend XtraSpace!
