Tried to get a quote from their Durban office and was subjected to the most pathetic telephone service I have experienced in a long time - careless and clearly no interest in winning new customers. This was my 1st experience of RAM and I tried 4 times to get through to someone. I managed to speak to a person on one occasion but each time, for different reasons, was left listening to their clinky clonk music. Gave up and went elsewhere.

Not too impressed. I have had 4 different prices quoted for the same service request. What will I end up paying if I go ahead . Prices ranged from R2000+ to R271 ??
