XtraSpace staff are friendly and very helpful. Always receive good service from them. The storage facility itself is very secure with guards on duty and access controlled entry to the yard. I am very happy with them

i found the Storage facility in Bellville to be very efficient and easy accessible. The friendly staff could always answer my questions and were very helpful when i moved into the facility. I can recommend this facility

Carefree storage - never had a moments concern. Easy access to the storage unit. Staff & Management are Professional but human and interaction with them was only a pleasure!

I really appreciate the Xtraspace facility in Bellville, my items were kept is superb condition, their rental prices are really affordable. Everything was hassle-free and the staff are friendly and wonderful to work with.
I would recommend Xtraspace to anyone looking for a storage facility in Cape Town, they were truly amazing. I trust them and will use their facilities again in the future.

Good storage space but I am certain that when I signed they told me I can access my space at any time (it is outside.) When I got there the other day just after 5pm I was told that they are closed. What does it help to have a space that you can only access during work hours?

I would recommend XtraSpace to anybody needing top-notch, easy-to-use storage! XtraSpace offers modern, well built storage, at really affordable prices.
The XtraSpace Bellville depot is spotlessly clean, easy to access and use, has plenty of parking for trucks and offloading, and offers a large lift to get big, heavy items to the upper levels with no fuss!
The service from the staff is always friendly and efficient; from the security gentleman who signs me in at the security boom, all the way to reception and management. All these people make renting a storage unit at XtraSpace a pleasure.
I especially want to thank KAILEY DEAL and DAVID at XtraSpace Bellville for their exceptional service! These two people have gone above and beyond what has been required in order to keep me a happy customer! (And I really have given them many a challenge!!)

Clean storage and neat space. Felt that our stuff was safe at all times. Just felt the last month or so that the staff was not as friendly and helpfull as always.
