  Broke tree branches in our neighbourhood and left them for others to clean up on top of it.

  Awful, should never have used this company. Very sentimental jewelry (engagement ring) stolen out of my home, management very unfriendly and dragging their feet. Told "worst case scenario, the ring is gone". Requested the employees involved be investigated. Was told they'd look into it "when they got back from leave" That was in October, 6 weeks after the fact. 6 weeks later, still nothing. I should have listened to advice. Use the big Companies,you'll pay more yes, but at least they don't take kindly to thievery.

  Steer clear. My furniture is dented and scratched. It is like things were just shoved against each other hard. Plants were stacked on top of other plants. One plant arrived without a pot. Some don't even belong to me. A few boxes had been opened and resealed. A large picture frame was delivered in 4 pieces. And in one box with groceries I found an empty tetrapak juice along with its seal. Someone had consumed my juice and packed the empty container! Clearly they did not care.

  Pateties.charged for a change of truck without our consent, ridiculous, and then they said it was our fault, stay away
