  I waited for a excess of 3 hours before a tow truck arrived when they said they were on there way, distance was less than 30 minutes.
  
  Repairs took far longer than anyone could believe for something incredibly minor.
  
  Car returned without enough petrol to make it to the nearest petrol station.

  I had a problem with my car that required urgent fixing. The owner could not have been more helpful. The price of the fix was fair. Turned it around for me quickly and workmanship great. And Peter (great guy) the driver offered me a lift to my next meeting which I was not expecting. Excellent experience and would highly recommend.

  Awesome service. Did a fantastic job replacing the tailgate and back bumper on my VW Golf 4, especially considering the car is 17 years old. The car looks better than it was before the accident. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just make sure not to leave too many items (and absolutely no valuables!) in the car prior to booking it in.
