Horrible experience. Do not use them! I paid R220 to have 5kg of laundry done and my clothes came haphazardly folded inside out and the coffee stain on a duvet and bath mat I had washed was still there when I received my laundry! It was like they hadn't been washed at all. How can you see that and think that means the laundry is clean? This was a complete rip off and waste of time. They didn't even let me know my laundry was ready for collection, I had to call them.
Upon voicing my complaints with the manager, he insinuated that I was lying, that I had brought in items which required dry cleaning and that the weight of my laundry was 7kg, not 5kg. I definitely did not bring in any items for dry cleaning and I watched the attendant weigh my laundry with my own two eyes and it was 5kg. Poor management clearly leading to poor service delivery.response / report this review
