Staff were friendly and same day service offered, but unfortunately despite numerous requests they did not follow my specific request to check garments that can't be tumble dried and sadly several items shrank.

The laundry service is really affordable and they’re willing to help with anything. After flooding in in my home, everything from linen, pillows, duvets, clothes, coats, bathroom mats and a lot more were stained and I believed there was no saving anything. I took all my the stuff to Clare’s to try my luck and I was so pleased when all 100 kg came back perfectly folded and spotless in less than 24 hours. The staff are really friendly and understanding and they make an effort to accurately way your laundry so that you don’t pay a cent more than quoted prices. It’s student friendly and affordable for small and large loads of laundry. Great turn around time.

At last, a place that offers friendly, reliable service! Yes, you pay a bit more, but the folding and packaging is better than any other place I've tried. They are also on time, a big factor for me.

My mother and I felt so welcomedthe lady who was on duty was so accommodating. We will be back. I highly reccommend this place. If i remember correctly, one load (approx 6 kg) costs R 95.00 (wash, dry and fold).
